The Lakeridge Run Neighborhood Association member dues are used to maintain and beautify our neighborhood. Our attractive entrances, perimeter fencing, and well-maintained common areas identify our neighborhood as one where homes are expected to retain a high value.
Whether you have been here for many years or just moved to the neighborhood, paying your dues is an investment that far exceeds the minimal yearly annual fee. By paying dues on time each year, you allow us to cover expenses for common area irrigation, mowing, flowers, shrubs, holiday lighting and numerous other items throughout the year. We have a wonderful relationship with the Cleveland County Sheriff’s department and provide them with a catered luncheon annually.
